Devices that still work when the internet doesn't.

What is worth sending

What helps most

A link beats an assertion, and a manufacturer's own page beats a forum post — though a specific forum post with details beats nothing at all, and plenty of what we know came from someone who owned the thing. If you are telling us a device behaves differently from how we describe it, saying what you tried is enough: we can find the paperwork.

What we commit to

Things we will not change

We do not remove a rejection because a manufacturer asks. We do not raise a tier without evidence that the device behaves differently — a vendor's assurance about future intentions is not a fact about the hardware. If you represent a manufacturer and we have something wrong, the fix is the same as for anyone else: show us what the device does.
