The unplug test
There is no router to unplug and nothing here that would notice if there were. This is a belt-drive turntable with a built-in phono preamp; it connects to an amplifier or powered speakers over RCA cables and runs from a wall adapter. It has no app, no account, no Bluetooth, and no firmware to update. Pressing start spins the platter; nothing else has to happen first.
Why this tier: The manufacturer's own user manual lists the complete part inventory and connection diagram — RCA stereo output terminals, a phono/line pre-amp selector switch, and a 12V DC power jack — with no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or USB interface of any kind. The only radio-adjacent text in the manual is a boilerplate Part 15B unintentional-radiator notice, which is the opposite of an intentional-radiator grant.

- Confirm the plain AT-LP60X (no BT, no USB suffix) is still the SKU sold at major retailers rather than having been quietly superseded by the BT or BT-USB variant on some shelves — the model names are close enough to mix up at checkout.
