Laundry & Cleaning / carpet cleaner

BISSELL Commercial BigGreen Commercial BG10

D0 No Radio — No radio at all. It cannot phone home.

The unplug test

Nothing changes. It is a corded, two-motor carpet extractor: fill the solution tank, plug it into a wall outlet, and pull the trigger on the handle to spray and extract. There is no Wi-Fi, no app, and no account anywhere in the design — the only 'smart' feature is a thermal cutoff that protects the motor from overheating.

Why this tier: Manufacturer product page describes a corded, trigger-operated extractor with a mechanical on/off switch and no connectivity feature of any kind. FCC sibling control confirms it: BISSELL Homecare's grantee (2AKK5) has filed FCC grants for a robotic vacuum, a rechargeable (cordless) vacuum, and a connected cat litter box, but nothing for the BG10 or any BigGreen Commercial model.
