It still measures your blood pressure and remembers it. The cuff inflates, the number appears, and the last 30 readings stay in the device — no phone, no pairing, no account. What you give up is the app's unlimited history beyond those 30 readings, the trend graphs, and the ability to share results with a doctor or family member. The measurement itself never involved OMRON's servers.
Why this tier: Bluetooth and an OMRON cloud service exist, but the manufacturer states no app or account is required: the monitor takes readings and stores them onboard independently, and the instruction manual carries a dedicated section on using it without a smart device.
