Baby & Pet / pet water fountain

PetSafe Outlast Pet Fountain (PWW00-17957)

D0 No Radio — No radio at all. It cannot phone home.

The unplug test

Nothing to unplug from a network — there isn't one. It plugs into a wall outlet or USB power for its circulation motor and water-level sensor, which shuts the pump off automatically when the reservoir runs low. It has no WiFi, no Bluetooth, no app, and nothing to lose if your internet goes down, because it was never connected to it.

Why this tier: The manufacturer's own product page describes a motor-driven, sensor-regulated fountain (HydroSpin technology, automatic low-water shutoff, LED indicators) powered by USB with no WiFi, Bluetooth, or app mentioned anywhere. No FCC grant was found for the product, and this is a meaningful absence because the same vendor (Radio Systems Corporation, PetSafe's parent) does file FCC grants for its radio-equipped products, such as its pet containment fence transmitters — establishing that the vendor files when a radio is present and did not file here.
