The unplug test
There is no router to unplug that this lock has ever heard of. It is a spring-and-tumbler mechanism: a key turns the cylinder, the cylinder throws a solid metal bolt. It works exactly the same during a power outage, an internet outage, or after the manufacturer stops existing, because none of those things were ever part of the circuit.
