Waring Commercial MX1000XTX
D0 No Radio — No radio at all. It cannot phone home.
The unplug test
You flip a paddle switch to HIGH, LOW, or PULSE and the motor runs at that setting until you flip it to OFF. There is no memory, no clock, no pairing step, and no vendor server involved at any point between plugging it in and blending. Losing power mid-cycle just stops the motor; there is nothing to reset or re-configure when power returns.
Why this tier: Manufacturer spec sheet documents the entire control surface as two paddle switches (HIGH/LOW/OFF and PULSE) and lists only electrical ratings (120V, 60Hz, 1560W, 12.5A) with no wireless, app, or programmable-memory feature anywhere in the document. Nothing in the parts and accessories list is a connectivity module.

Open questions
- No FCC search was run since the manufacturer document shows no radio and the device class (a plug-in universal motor with mechanical switches) makes an intentional radiator implausible; worth a cheap confirmatory fccid.io search for the Waring grantee code if this record is ever contested.

Class A is primary (manual, FCC filing, teardown). Class B is corroborated community reporting. Class C is never sufficient alone.
